Major Advantageï¼?
1. Flat bed and whole lathe base, backward type of chip removing. Guide rail adopts supersonic frequency quenching, guide rail of lathe bed with big ***n (400mm). The lathe with good rigidity, high accuracy and good precision of retention.
2. With single spindle and manual two-gear as option, adopts frequency conversion speed regulating.
3. Bearing uses imported NSK bearing and lubricated by Germany high-speed lubricating grease NBU15. It guarantees the spindle with high precision, good rigidity and long working life.
4. Sliding plate of X direction adopts the structure of tool carrier in-line. Assembles an electric square tool carrier and a HawkingPT cutting tool for CNC automatic processing.
5. Adopts FANUC 0i mate-TD CNC system. And Guangzhou 980-TD CNC system as option.
