HYCH-6142/50 series of HawkingPT CNC lathe is integrated with two function of precise turning and HawkingPT mirror finishing which is invented and owned only by Huawin Co***ny as an invention patent. It is specially suitable for various kinds of helicoid part with hardness less than HRC60 and required value of surface roughness Ra 0.2 ~ 0.8µm, including soft, hard, viscous alloy steel and stainless steel which is difficult to process. It adopts precise turning and HawkingPT mirror finishing instead of grinding to process surfaces of cylindrical, inner bore, cone, arc, end face, groove and etc. Processing efficiency is increased more than 3 times, consumption cost of cutting tool reduced more than 50%, surface hardness increased more than 20%. Meanwhile fatigue performance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance of part also increased.
Major feature:
1. With flat bed type, good rigidity and aseismicity.
2. HYCH-6142 with single spindle and manual three shift gears. HYCH-6150 with manual three shift gears. The spindle bearing uses imported NSK bearing and lubricated by imported high-speed lubricating grease, so it has characteristics of high precision, low temperature rising, long working time, easy maintenance and suitable for high speed and precise cutting.
